License Policy

This License Policy applies to all purchases made through store.webbycrown.com (“WebbyCrown Store”), which is owned and operated by WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

This License Policy explains how products purchased from WebbyCrown Store may be used, what restrictions apply, and the rights granted to customers under each license type.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any product from WebbyCrown Store, you agree to this License Policy.

Please review the product page carefully before purchase, including the applicable license scope, access period, update eligibility, and whether the product is sold directly on WebbyCrown Store or through an external platform.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a product from WebbyCrown Store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license type purchased.

You are purchasing the right to use the product under the applicable license terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the product, its source files, design, code, structure, documentation, or intellectual property.

2. License Types

We currently offer the following license types:

• Personal

  Permitted for use on 1 website or project.

• Commercial License

  Permitted for use on up to 5 websites or projects.

• Agency License

  Permitted for use on up to 30 websites or projects.

The number of allowed websites or projects refers to active end-use deployments under the purchased license.

3. Download Access and Update Period

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, a product purchase from WebbyCrown Store includes access to download the purchased product and receive available updates for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

During this 1-year period, customers may re-download the product, access the purchased files, and receive product updates made available by WebbyCrown Store for that product.

After the 1-year access period ends, customers will no longer be eligible to download the product again or receive future updates unless the product is repurchased.

Customers may continue using the version of the product that was downloaded during the active access period, subject to this License Policy, but no further download access or update access will be provided after the access period ends unless a new purchase is made.

4. Updates and Renewal Policy

Product updates may be provided by WebbyCrown Store from time to time at our discretion during the active 1-year access period from the date of purchase.

Updates are included only during this active access period and only as made available. We do not guarantee continuous updates, compatibility updates, update frequency, or lifetime updates for any product unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page or in a separate written agreement.

Once the 1-year access period has ended, customers must repurchase the product to regain access to downloads and future updates.

Support availability, whether included or purchased separately, does not by itself extend download access or update eligibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. External Marketplace or Third-Party Products

Some products listed on WebbyCrown Store may link to third-party marketplaces, platforms, or external websites for purchase. Such products are not sold directly through store.webbycrown.com unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For products purchased through an external marketplace or third-party platform, all purchase terms, license terms, refund terms, support terms, update rules, access rules, and related policies will be governed by that external platform or seller.

WebbyCrown Store is not responsible for the licensing, refund handling, download access, update eligibility, support delivery, or policy enforcement of products purchased on third-party platforms.

This License Policy applies only to products purchased directly through store.webbycrown.com unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Permitted Use

You may use purchased products only in accordance with the license plan selected at the time of purchase.

Permitted uses include:

• installing and using the product on the number of websites or projects allowed under your license;
• modifying the product for your own internal use or for your own licensed project;
• using the product on local, development, or staging environments for the same licensed website or project; and
• moving the product from one domain or environment to another, provided the total number of active installations does not exceed the license limit purchased.

7. Staging, Local, and Development Use

We allow the use of a licensed product on local, staging, or development environments only for the same licensed website or project.

Such environments must be related to the same end-use deployment and may not be used to extend the license beyond the purchased limit.

For example, a Personal License for 1 site may be used for:

• 1 live site; and
• related staging, development, or local copies for that same site.

It may not be used for multiple separate live projects beyond the purchased license limit.

8. Domain or Project Transfer

Reasonable transfer of a licensed product from one domain, environment, or project to another is allowed, provided:

• the transfer relates to the same customer or permitted end-client use;
• the old installation is no longer actively used in violation of the license limit; and
• the total number of active installations does not exceed the purchased license allowance.

9. Agency and Client Use

Customers holding an Agency License may use purchased products on client projects they manage, subject to the following conditions:

• the product may only be used for end-client projects within the purchased license limit;
• the raw files, source files, or product package may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or offered as a standalone product;
• the Agency License does not grant the right to create a competing commercial product based on our product; and
• the agency remains responsible for ensuring that use stays within the purchased license scope.

10. Prohibited Use

Unless expressly permitted in writing by WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, lease, gift, or transfer the product or its files to any third party as a standalone product;
• upload, publish, or distribute the product files on public repositories, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or download websites;
• share your account, download access, or license access with unauthorized persons;
• use one purchased license for more websites or projects than allowed under the selected license plan;
• remove copyright notices, proprietary notices, or license-related references where applicable;
• use the product in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law; or
• use the product to create a competing product, clone, or derivative commercial offering intended for resale or redistribution.

11. No Raw File Distribution

All products purchased from WebbyCrown Store are licensed only for permitted end use.

You may not distribute, sell, share, or provide the raw product files, source files, package files, or downloadable assets to any third party except as reasonably necessary within your own internal team or directly managed licensed client project, and only for the purpose of permitted implementation under the purchased license.

Any broader sharing, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial reuse of the raw files is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications

You may modify a product for your own use or for your licensed project use.

• modified versions remain subject to this License Policy;
• modification does not transfer ownership of the original product to you;
• modified versions may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or published as standalone products; and
• support may be limited where issues are caused by customer-side or third-party modifications.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Compatibility

Many products sold through WebbyCrown Store are designed to work with third-party platforms, tools, frameworks, themes, plugins, apps, modules, extensions, hosting environments, browsers, or software ecosystems.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with:

• custom environments or heavily modified systems; or
• future or past versions of third-party platforms;
• all hosting/server configurations;
• custom environments or heavily modified systems; or
• software not listed as supported on the relevant product page.

Compatibility issues arising from third-party products, unsupported versions, hosting limitations, custom modifications, or external platform changes do not expand your license rights and may not qualify for refund or support beyond the scope stated in our policies.

14. Support and Services

License purchase, support purchase, and product access duration are separate matters unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For products purchased directly through WebbyCrown Store, support does not extend the 1-year download or update access period unless explicitly stated on the product page or in a separate written agreement.

Where support is included or purchased as an add-on, support is provided only in accordance with the applicable support plan or support policy.

The following are not included in the product license unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• customization;
• installation and setup;
• migration;
• consultation;
• integration work; and
• extended maintenance or development services.

Such services may be offered separately by WebbyCrown at additional cost.

15. Intellectual Property

All products, including but not limited to code, layouts, designs, files, visuals, structures, documentation, branding elements, and related materials, remain the intellectual property of WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its respective licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchase, download, or use of the product.

16. License Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to products, licenses, downloads, accounts, or related services if we reasonably believe that you have:

• violated this License Policy;
• exceeded your license scope;
• engaged in piracy, sharing, or unauthorized redistribution;
• misused download access or account access;
• used the product in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner; or
• attempted to circumvent technical or licensing restrictions.

In the event of suspension or termination due to misuse, your right to use the affected product may end immediately, without refund.

17. Effect of Termination

If your license is terminated due to breach of this License Policy, you must immediately:

• stop using the product;
• remove it from all unauthorized installations;
• delete unauthorized copies; and
• cease any distribution, sharing, or misuse of the product.

Termination of license rights does not limit any other legal or equitable remedies available to WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

18. Policy Updates

We may update or modify this License Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective once posted on store.webbycrown.com.

It is your responsibility to review this License Policy periodically before purchasing or continuing to use our products.
