  • Extended Support add-ons;
  • Customization services; and
  • any other service, setup, consultation, or implementation work billed separately by WebbyCrown.

If any service work has started, been delivered, or been scheduled and prepared for execution, no refund will be issued for that service.

If a refund is approved, you must immediately:

  • stop using the product;
  • deactivate any license or active use associated with the purchase;
  • remove the product from your website, system, application, server, or project; and
  • delete all downloaded copies, files, and related assets from your active use.

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

We do not issue cash refunds, alternate payment transfers, or refunds to a different account or method.
