At WebbyCrown Store, we sell digital products such as themes, plugins, templates, headless templates, Odoo apps, and related digital assets. Because these are downloadable digital products delivered instantly after successful payment, refunds are only granted under limited conditions as described below.
Please read the product description, compatibility information, and licensing terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Direct Purchase Refund Scope and External Products
This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly through store.webbycrown.com unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Some products displayed on WebbyCrown Store may also be listed with external purchase links that redirect customers to third-party marketplaces or platforms for purchase. For such products, the applicable refund terms, cancellation terms, payment handling, support rules, and related policies will be governed by that external platform or seller.
WebbyCrown Store is not responsible for the refund policies, refund handling, payment reversals, or dispute procedures of products purchased through third-party platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase only if:
- the product has a genuine technical issue;
- the issue is reproducible;
- the issue materially affects the core functionality of the product as described on the product page; and
- our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable support period after receiving the necessary details and access required for investigation.
A refund will not be granted simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, no longer need the product, or expected features that were not clearly stated on the product page.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:
- you changed your mind after purchase;
- you purchased the product by mistake;
- you no longer want or need the product;
- the product does not meet expectations not clearly stated on the product page;
- you did not review the product description, compatibility details, or requirements before purchase;
- the issue is caused by third-party themes, plugins, apps, modules, extensions, or software;
- the issue is caused by your hosting environment, server configuration, or unsupported software versions;
- the issue is caused by custom code, modification, or changes made by you or any third party;
- the product works as described, but you decide not to use it; or
- you request a refund without allowing our team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and troubleshoot the issue.
4. Support and Troubleshooting Requirement
Before any refund is considered, you must first contact our support team at sales@webbycrown.com and provide complete details of the issue, including, where applicable:
- your order details;
- screenshots;
- error messages;
- steps to reproduce the issue; and
- temporary access to the website, application, or admin panel, if required for troubleshooting.
Refund requests will only be reviewed after our team has been given a fair opportunity to verify and attempt to resolve the issue.
5. Services and Add-Ons
The following are non-refundable:
- Installation & Setup services;
- Extended Support add-ons;
- Customization services; and
- any other service, setup, consultation, or implementation work billed separately by WebbyCrown.
If any service work has started, been delivered, or been scheduled and prepared for execution, no refund will be issued for that service.
6. License and Product Use After Refund
If a refund is approved, you must immediately:
- stop using the product;
- deactivate any license or active use associated with the purchase;
- remove the product from your website, system, application, server, or project; and
- delete all downloaded copies, files, and related assets from your active use.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
We do not issue cash refunds, alternate payment transfers, or refunds to a different account or method.
Refunds under this policy apply only to products purchased directly through store.webbycrown.com unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Refund Review and Approval
All refund requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:
- the request falls outside the 14-day refund period;
- the issue is not reproducible;
- the issue is caused by unsupported environments or third-party conflicts;
- the product functions substantially as described;
- the customer does not cooperate with troubleshooting; or
- the customer continues using the product after requesting a refund.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any issue with a purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at sales@webbycrown.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter.
Improper chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to the product, account restrictions, and denial of future purchases or support.
